I know. It's Thursday. But I took these pictures last Sunday. It's been WAY too cold to go outside and take pictures of the sheep or goats, so this will just have to suffice for now. ;-)
Since it was too cold to play outside, I decided to drive into town and have brunch with my daughter. I so enjoy the drive from my beautiful valley into town, that I decided to share it with you. I hope you enjoy the ride!
I'd love to see pictures of where YOU live! If you have a blog, why not show me the route you drive every day???
I hope this wasn't too boring for you. I had a wonderful trip! Want to know how I got all the photos?
"DON'T try this at home!"
;-)
Nancy - There's something for you on my blog. Come and get it! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea...taking pictures on the way into town! Neat!
What a great idea - and I enjoyed the trip! Will have to clean my dirty car windows or wait until it stops raining before I can attempt that, though.
ReplyDeleteAwesome idea mom, very nice
ReplyDeleteBTW...where DID you get that cute little friend?
ReplyDeleteWell, you inspired me, so I did it today. Wish it were Spring, but maybe we can re-do the photo tour then, too?
ReplyDeleteYour winter scenes look much more inviting than our NY grey...
Nancy, thanks for the tour. What a beautiful drive you have. I'm afraid mine might be a little boring...empty corn field after empty corn field. I am going to try to look at it thru "new" eyes this week and give it a try. All part of my "be more positive" resolution.
ReplyDeleteThat was a good idea! I assume this is the post you meant when you said you were making one "for me"... since you know how much I love you're attentive-driving habits ;) Looks good though, by the way, I wore my black and brown shawl around today and had a lot of compliments, and 4 girls even asked where I got it! Good job :)
ReplyDeleteoops, sorry, that's from Katie! ^

You and Melanie have beautiful drives. Mine is boring! Illinois is flat, and we don't have very many old, beautiful buildings. :(
