OK. That may be a slight exaggeration but it is horribly hot here in the Bluff Country. I'm still cleaning, packing and painting in hopes of one day having my place ready to show to potential buyers!

I seem to have finally regained my health, if not all of my strength, so I'm diving in like a crazy lady. I told my realtor that I want to start showing the place NEXT WEEK.

My Dear friend, Katie W., came down to help this weekend. One hundred degrees and horrendous humidity and that woman is a painting and cleaning terror! Now I get to start packing the dungeon of Hell the basement...
Dream says...

Oh Dream... that's the original Faux Pas. You never want to call a pregnant lady FAT. It's very upsetting to them. They might even throw a chicken at you or something.

Well, I suppose in the grand scheme of how things are going, it is not a terrible thing for Dream to be open this year. Odd, though, for it to happen two years in a row after having lambs, isn't it? SO GLAD to hear you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I have people who were waiting to purchase Dream's lambs! On the other hand, now her new owner won't have to worry about raising them until weaning age. I guess Dream figured she deserved a break after twinning as a ewe lamb and having triplets her second year! My friend who is buying Alice, Dream and Zaria isn't planning on breeding so it's not a concern for her. It sure is strange though!
