  1. The tail tells the tale. She's a truly happy dog. It must be hard not to want to keep them all.

    1. It REALLY is!!! I always cry when they leave. Sometimes for DAYS...

But I know that I have to let them go so that they can have their very own family and not just be "one of a pack". And by letting them move on with someone who will love them as much as I do, it frees up space so that I can save another deserving pup.

What a wonderful change. How great that you had the knowledge/instinct to see past the terror she was feeling. Great video.

It's amazing the difference in a dog when you remove the environment. Bless you for doing this!!

    1. All I can think of is how she must have felt like she was DYING in that pen at the "shelter".

  8. Wow is all I can say! The lines of a poem that I can't remember any of, but one line that says 'the touch of the rescuers hand,' which has truly made a difference. This is a reminder of what it's all about!!

By the way, I will add Heroes Blog to my roll!!

PS: We also have a new addition that arrives this afternoon...

  9. Thank you Kim! I hope you know that YOU were my inspiration to get into canine rescue.

I think I might have an idea of what it could be. Baily talks to Hero you know...
