My sheep
(Well, they're really my sister, Penny's and her daughter, Alicia's but they LIVE here)
They can be difficult to photograph because they keep running up to me and jumping on my lap.
Here, I'll show you:
Obnoxious enough for you???
Tia thinks it's FUNNY!
I think they (Kahlua!) may have an attitude problem.
Here she is BUTTING my foot because I won't let her chew on the toe of my shoe!
But they're SO pretty!

They are both
PREGNANT!
I can feel the LOVE!!! :)
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean you will keep a couple for yourself? :-)
ReplyDeleteIt would be good to have more Bluff Country sheep in the world. Tia's and Kahlua's fleeces both look wonderful.
Thanks Michelle,
DeleteI doubt if I'll keep any lambs as I'm still going to try to sell my place. It's just too difficult for me to keep up with a pretty much useless left arm...
:-(
What a couple of sweeties! Love sheep that have this kind of personality.
ReplyDeleteI will be looking forward to hearing about lambs.
And yes, I agree...nice looking fleece.
Marilyn
Thank you Marilyn. I always have tamed my sheep so that I can sit and pet them. I get so much pleasure and such a peaceful feeling when I sit with them.
DeleteI had no idea sheep were such persistent 'lap dogs.' What a fun post Nancy!! I love their faces and how exciting that you're going to be a grandmother--again!!! :-))!!! Enoy your Sunday!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, they really can be QUITE obnoxious! I rarely take any treats out with me because they just turn into "COOKIE MONSTERS"! If I don't take cookies, they just calmly stand there to get petted and will even lay down next to me after a few minutes.
DeleteHeaven!
Ohhh I can't wait to see babies!!!
ReplyDeleteME EITHER!!!
Delete;-)
