Shetland sheep have changed my life and touched my heart. They have brought me joy, adventure and serenity. Follow along as I live each day influenced by memories of my mighty flock of mini sheep ~ aided and abetted by "Bellamica", the English Shepherd,"Sable", my livestock guardian dog and "Hero" the rescue dog that stole my heart! You'll also meet many of the homeless dogs that I rescue and rehome as part of Bluff Country Canine Rescue.

It's still Working!
ALICE
My keyboard is still working. No time to post this morning as I need to CLEAN MY HOUSE! I've got some friends coming over, later today, to spin and knit!
PRIMA DONA and DREAM
Nothing like a little motivation to get the house cleaned.
I agree with Kara. I asked my husband, "can you take pictures like these of our goats?" He said he couldn't because they all crowd the gate. Your pictures are just amazing.
Nancy, You have alittle ewe in front of Alice that I think the wool is wonderful. She has an orange ear tag. I love the look of her wool. Tell us more about her. Jane P.s. I say, you have done a wonderful job of breeding sheep, I would love to see that little ewe.
Thanks, everyone! I'm glad you enjoy looking at my sheep ~ I sure enjoy taking pictures of them!
Jane ~ I'm not sure which ewe lamb you're referring to. Is it the little white one (Angel) or the yuglet (Prima Dona)? I'd be happy to highlight whichever one you're asking about. Although, I must warn you, neither one is for sale...
they are so awesome, keep the pics coming. love their color.
ReplyDeleteI love Alice's mini mohawk look. Cute. Glad the keyboard is still working.
ReplyDeleteYou need to give me picture taking pointers! Your photos are so beautiful, you really have a talent for capturing your beautiful sheep.
