Shetland sheep have changed my life and touched my heart. They have brought me joy, adventure and serenity. Follow along as I live each day influenced by memories of my mighty flock of mini sheep ~ aided and abetted by "Bellamica", the English Shepherd,"Sable", my livestock guardian dog and "Hero" the rescue dog that stole my heart! You'll also meet many of the homeless dogs that I rescue and rehome as part of Bluff Country Canine Rescue.
YES! I certainly could, Donna. But today is the first time in about 3 weeks that it isn't raining so I'll be mowing 'till dark!
Never fear, my Beautiful Baby Girl ~ that's wire wrapped around the posts that hold the guard up so that the sheep can't eat my tree! It's not electric and they, obviously, know it. Two more weeks and my BBG is coming home! I can't wait!!!
Is that a lamb eating electric fence?? Is that a day without rain!?!?!
ReplyDeleteHow do we EVER get anything done when we have such cute sheepies to watch??? I could just sit in the pasture all day with my lambs!!! Couldn't you?

Must have my sheep 'fix' every time I look at your Blog. I just love to look at your sheepies. Doesn't matter what angle.

Nancy,
ReplyDeleteCongrats on fencing your garden in, way to go woman! You work so hard! (Although a chicken-Q would have been yummy--just kidding on the last half...)

Very nice pics, though my favorite is the little one eating the wire...a true lamb at heart:)
