We better get back to work!
I want to be able to ship calendars by the end of the first week of January so we may be doubling up some months.
Please vote for your favorites for the month of March.
Keep in mind, March can be snowy or dull gray & brown, in the Bluff Country. I've selected photos that display both.

I vote for number six. It has that colorless quality that March sometimes has (in the Midwest); I like the composition of it best; and well, Alice just looks like the queen she is!
ReplyDeleteI vote for #6 as well. I also think it looks like March - I also love #7, I love that it looks like the sheep and sable are in a "huddle" as if they are plotting- up to something! Tee Hee. Can't wait to see which ones you pick.
ReplyDeleteI love the B&W Alice shot too! Perfect for March.

p.s. Hey, Ms. Sulky-Pants, you'd better give up and come 'round to the reality of the Bluff Country Menegerie.... The only critters leaving right now are coming back in butcher paper. You have been warned! ;)
I like 2, and 8.
ReplyDeleteI vote for #2, love that picture!! Looks like secrets are being shared!!
ReplyDeleteI like 1, 2, and 6. These are simple, clear, story-telling pictures.
ReplyDelete7, 8, & 9 are "incomplete" to me- the story is only partially told, and the angles and facial expressions suggest a less appealing story than 1,2,6.
3,4,5 are too busy, or the facial expressions are not as lovely.
Just my opinion, of course, but there you have it.
I LOVE #5 but #6 seems to suit March the best.
ReplyDeleteI like the facial expression on #4, it's funny.
ReplyDeleteand I think #5 is sweet, and the background represents the month's weather/foliage well.
I like #2 - "Can I tell you a secret?" and #6 - "Regal Alice"
ReplyDeleteI like 6 because it fits march, and to be totally honest, because Sable is not in it. I love her and she takes some great pics, but she's been in like 75% of the options, and this is a SHEEPIE calendar right? So glad to see the voting starting again!
ReplyDelete6
ReplyDeleteMy vote goes to #2 this time around - great "matching" of colours and tones as well as expressions.
ReplyDeleteI vote for number 6, too! I think it sort of looks like Alice standing with her back to a March wind.
ReplyDelete#1. It shows the transition from winter to spring that March is. Plus the animals look like they're having a nice chat.
ReplyDelete#5, They are all just WAITING for something to happen, like everyone with cabin fever does in March!

I love all of them, sorry I can' make a decision! I also love that you found my blog a few hours after I posted too! :) I'm going to bookmark your site to sift through when I have some free time!

Golly, am I the only one who likes #9 ? Well, there you have it. Maybe I'm partial to that sheep because our ram has a similar face. That is one nice dog with the sheep, great job !!
