Poor Alice...
It has rained all week and her babies are getting bored.
If you look closely, you'll also see that Alice is quite 'water-logged'!
She's SUCH a good Mom!
Pray for Sunshine!
There is a barn that they could go into but
would YOU want to be shut in all day with these three???
Have a Happy Day
and
a Wonderful Weekend!
Alice is beautiful....and very tolerant!
ReplyDeleteWhat a patient Mom! The babies are adorable, but I wouldn't want the little buggers climbing all over me!
ReplyDeleteCandy Mountain, Charlie! Let's go to Candy Mountain! Yeah, Charlie! Candy Mountain! Candy Maountain!
ReplyDelete...ooohhhh...... stop jumping on me!!
Poor Alice, so patient with little hooves bouncing on her back, but that was all I could think of!

There is no limit to a mother's patience, is there. What a wonderful mother Alice is to these beautiful lambs.

It's always interesting to me when my sheep are in the fold overnight that a ewe's lamb can jump up on her from behind and she won't even twitch, but let that tiny hoof belong to someone else's lamb and she'll jump and spin - even though she wasn't looking!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures - so sweet that they run up to you for cuddles too! I'd like it if more of my pasture lambs would do that. I hope soon to expand the fencing here so that mine can actually find some grass.
ReplyDeleteDear patient and kind Alice...Tell your shepherdess mother to get you a llama; our ewes are grateful for Amelia, one of their guardiennes, who tolerates lambs climbing all over her...mostly she likes it, but draws the line at 3 at-a-time.
